5. Keep Air Fresheners

Those “little 5 minutes” you earned after begging from whoever tried to wake you up, create an additional (new) cycle. But you have to wake up before it is completed. As a result of waking up that in the middle of a sleeping circle it drags into the state of “Sleep Inertia”. This means that you become a zombie-like thing for 2-4 hours during the day, where you should not be so.

7. Say “Bye” To The Fan Before You Say “Hi” To The Morning

People in areas of high temperature tend to leave the fan ‘on’ as they go to bed, until they wake up. This bad habit dehydrates the body. On the other hand, it makes the bedroom colder and colder. (when the morning temperature is lower compared to the previous night) It allows you to hide more in the blanket and makes it even harder to get off the bed. So try using a fan with a timer, and set it to turn off automatically right after you get into the deep sleep.

8. Sweet First Sight

The most important thing on top of all this is to keep the bedroom tidy. Because the bedroom is what gives us the first impression of the day. The bedroom must be neat and welcoming so that you can move on to the next step. (“The first impression is the best impression”). It is better if you could change the layout of the room from time to time moving furniture a little.
