And we have seen many students who study in cafeterias or coffee houses tend to listen to music while studying. Maybe that is sort of a trend. And according to research conducted by the USA today, the music has the influence to minimize the discomfort in our body. Say you got an ankle twist while you were walking to the library to study. First, get some medical attention and then try to study while listening to gentle songs. Because that calm music will reduce the blood pressure and reducing the tension in the muscles.

Always choose some light and a low tone. High volume will just distract you and also it damages your hearing. Also do not use songs all the time when you are studying.
