Dear Travelholics, embrace every place that you journey. Cherish every breath taking place. Leave only the foot prints and bring only the memories. Plan your ride well to enjoy it to the fullest. Do not leave behind the most essentials behind.

Plan your packing. Tired of having the same routine from home to work and work to home? Badly need to run away from the typical lifestyle? Imagine you are inside a camping tent with a steaming cup of coffee. In front of you, there is a splashing cascade embedded in a greenish mountain… even the thought is relieving, isn’t it?
Moments, where we can pack a bag and veil in nature, are always incredible.

If you need to take a break, then always make sure to choose a destination that is more natural. Since our routines are struck between electronic equipment and concrete jungles, it is always healthy to choose an atmosphere that is enriched with biodiversity.

At present, there are plenty of destinations where you can plan to go camping, not only for camping but also for hiking or trekking.  New hikers and travelers are being evolved every day and they discover new places where you can choose as your next camping site.

It does not matter where you go, it is always crucial to follow some general rules when you are planning to go on a vacation. Here are some general tips for you to use when you are planning your next vacation.

Always be prepared

You are stepping out of your comfy house and the outside world is always a surprise. It doesn’t matter whether you choose to spend your lovely weekend in a seaside cottage, but chances of getting robbed or lost are still a possibility. So it is always safe to plan to be prepared in every possible way.

Plan your first day and last day

On your vacation you are stepping into total unfamiliar surroundings. It may take a couple of hours to reach your destination. Therefore, before you reach there make sure you have planned and booked a place to spend, and before you roam or explore the place make sure you leave your packed luggage in your resting place. Moreover, planning your last day is also very important. Make sure you pack back your home keys in a place that is easy for you to access when you are going to come back home, cause pulling off everything in your backpack to find the keys can be exhausting than the whole journey. Thus the key to a relaxing vacation with peace of mind is to plan every step.

Plan to Keep the essentials close to you

It is never a harm to keep a waterproof flashlight close to you. If you have to face an unexpected power cut, then you already have an alternative. Suppose you are going on a hike. Then you may find places jammed with gigantic trees that are dark as the night. Then you have no reason to panic cause your flashlight will guide your pathway.
Moreover, we never can anticipate when will expenses occur. Always have some cash in your pocket and better to keep change rather than keeping big notes.

Don’t forget your doctor’s advice.

If you are suffering from a long term illness such as asthma, then make sure you carry all your necessary medicine with you. Make sure you follow your doctor’s instructions properly. If you are planning to climb a mountain, then you may face breathing difficulties. Get the doctor’s advice on what you should do in such situations and also remember to inform your fellow hiking buddy about it. Ankle twists, cramps, and leech bites are common things that you will experience especially in hikes, so it is always best to carry a small first aid with the entire essential medicines, ointments, and stuff.

Packing up your bag

This is the most crucial thing when it comes to traveling. You cannot pack your entire home in that tiny luggage. Therefore, choose what are the most essential items you must take out with you. You can’t ever leave your toothbrush or power bank when you are going on a vacation. Also, you must be careful when you are packing your outfits. This actually depends on the weather and the climate of the travel destination. If you are planning to go for a place that has a tropical climate then packing sweaters and denims will not be a wise idea. Before packing make a checklist of all the clothing items, toiletries, electronic items such as power banks, chargers, and cameras and you will not miss anything in your trip.

Fully charged mobile phone and cameras

When we are going on a trip, it’s just because we want to enjoy every moment in that whole journey. The battery percentage of your mobile can highly impact your mood during your journey. If your mobile phone gets switched off at the most wanted moment, then it can ruin everything, believe me. Let’s just say you want to find out the shortest route in Google maps and your battery is about to die, there is no point of regretting thinking oh god why didn’t I fully charge the phone. The same applies to your camera. Beautiful sceneries can appear suddenly out of nowhere. So always keep your camera steady with additional memory cards. I’m pretty sure that you are planning to capture all the good sceneries, lovely steaming cups of coffee, aromatic new foods, and even maybe a unique native bird that you have never seen… In order to store all these, you need sufficient space with a good camera and a creative eye.

Keep your emergency contacts with you

Accidents or injuries are something that we all hate to face. But we never know when they might occur. Just make sure you have noted down your emergency contact details that will be useful in an urgent matter. It is always ideal to mention your allergies, your blood group type, and such important details where the medical professionals can use.

Credit cards and other bank cards

Even though you carry a large sum of cash, having your debit cards or credit cards as backup is always safe. In case if you get robbed or if you spend all your money, then you can use the bank cards to pay your bills.

I know these tips are just simple, but paying attention to these little tips is so much worthwhile. You can enjoy your entire vacation without any headaches and worries. Have a wonderful time on your next vacation!
