Sri Lanka is a country where different ethnic groups live in harmony. There are various subcultures and unique rituals. And when it comes to celebrations, we all celebrate them more or less irrespective of our religion. For instance, even a Buddhist set up a Christmas tree and decorate it at Christmas. And you do not have to be a Christian or a Catholic person to attend a Christmas party.
The School List
Just like the Sri Lankan school system is also diversified according to religion. Earlier, most schools were private Roman Catholic schools or Christian schools administrated under missionaries and churches. Still, missionaries or churches monitor some of these schools.
