We all have a childhood where we had brooms as our mikes and sang songs loud with our friends imitating the band shows that telecast in our Television. And when it becomes unbearable the mothers would yell at us and chase us away. These are the lovely memories that we had when we were kids. And I know that simple memory brought a trace of a smile to your face.And when we became teens we would collect every single poster of our favourite boy band or girl group. We never missed a single newspaper or magazine article about them. Our bedrooms walls were covered with gigantic posters and a person could not see the colour of the walls.
Well, this is just a blast from the past. They can be sweet and adorable. And when we were young who has the talent towards music has only one dream. That is to have their boy band or girl band.
Westlife
We all love the album “Swear it again” don’t we? And also, we love the singers in Westlife… They estbalished their group in 1997 in Ireland. They became famous in 1999, after releasing the Westlife studio album. But the group split up in 2012 and then got back together in 2018. But only four members remained together.
Backstreet Boys
They created the best love songs in the 2000s. And that is why we all had their songs in our playlists. They are a vocal group which was formed in Florida in 1993. They have five members and became super famous after releasing backstreet boys album in 1996. One Direction
We know them from “The X factor” singing competition in 2010. And till now we all love their songs and albums. They are a group that formed in London. And started with five members but now only four are remaining. The main genre that they follow is pop music. So far they have sold seventy million records all across the world.
The Jonas Brothers
Jonas brothers are very famous even now. Especially Nick Jonas and her wife Priyanka Chopra is a very common topic in the entertainment industry. The three teenage brothers started the band in 2005 in America. And since then they did so many bestselling albums and concerts. They also follow pop music genres. Mainly pop-rock, pop-punk and power pop. And even their latest albums are in Billboard hot 100 list.
Five
Five or most commonly known as 5ive is a British boy band that came to the play in 1997. They were very popular in the United Kingdom, Europe as well as in Asia. They followed the pop music genre. But in 2001 they split up. And the good news is they have decided to get together in 2020 and planning to launch a tour under the name “The boys are back”.
